The price is mostly tied to the square metre: a quick clean is 3 ₾, a deep clean 5 ₾ and post-renovation cleaning 6 ₾ per square metre. Upholstered furniture is priced per item, and curtains from 2 to 5 lari per square metre.

If you select additional items - window cleaning, treatment of greasy surfaces or chandeliers, for example - the amount increases by the corresponding rate. Windows are 4 ₾ with a quick clean, 6 ₾ with a deep clean and 8 ₾ per square metre after renovation.

Does the property have to be inspected in advance?

For areas over 150 square metres, a visit from an assessment manager is required. For smaller areas we can give you an indicative price by phone or WhatsApp.
